Booking an Appointment to avail services at Aadhaar Seva Kendra (ASK) is easy & free of cost. You can now Book Appointment based on your service requirement in a hassle-free manner. 1. Click https://bookappointment.uidai.gov.in/ 2. Enter details as requested 3. Authenticate with OTP received 4. Click on Centre Appointment and click on select details. You can select the centre using PIN Code or 'nearby'. 5. Select Date and Timeslot 6. Select the service which you wish to avail. 7. Give Consent to making the payment at the Centre. Your Appointment will be booked. Once the appointment is booked, you may take the printout of the slip and carry it to ASK at the booked slot. The portal also offers the service of rescheduling or cancelling the appointment 24 hours prior to the booked slot.
